The legacy ProjectFeature system (org.simantics.project) allows contribution of ProjectFeature extensions that contribute certain aspects to the running Simantics platform (IProject).

When a workspace/database is initialized for the first time, the system will write information on so called "install groups" into the database as :PROJ.FeatureSpec instances under http://Projects/Development Project.

It seems that the system fails to update this information when new features that contribute ProjectFeature extensions get installed. This needs to be verified still, but it seems to be buggy.
