Issues with Spreadsheet Cells' row heights, row header heights and row headers

Issue 1: All Spreadsheet cells in a sheet will have their height reset to default when any cell's value is changed in Spreadsheet Editor view.
Issue 2: (see rowheight-issue.png)
- The row header height is not updated correctly during the reset to default height mentioned in issue 1.
- The header heights are not updated when switching between to Sheets in a book either, instead, the row header height used is the height from the previous sheet.
- For the headers to update, the user has to edit the height manually of any cell, thus synchronizing all row header heights with the actual row height of the cells.
Issue 3: Whenever changing the height of a cell manually, the following exception is printed to console:
- org.simantics.spreadsheet.common.exception.CellParseException: Cell identifier 'Headers' is not a valid cell reference.
