Originates from Apros issue 8699.

Sixten Norrman discovered that if you have a Combo widget that is only partially inside the screen so that the right side of the widget is outside of the screen and you open the combo box to see the options in it, you'll get a combo option list that is also partally outside of the screen. The downside at least on Windows is that the user can't see the scroll bar of the combo list at all. If your mouse settings are such that you can scroll the combo drop-down list with the mouse whell, you're in luck. Alas, it seems that even the mouse wheel doesn't work in some cases, in which case you need to have the scrollbar visible.

Changing from the native Combo to the SWT custom CCombo implementation seems to do the job.
